TAMMY Slaton from the hit TLC series 1000-Lb. Sisters has finally displayed her plastic surgery transformation in the final episode of the season last night.
Reality star Tammy Slaton, 38, got skin removal surgery specifically from her chin, and shocked her sister Amy with the results in the season finale this week.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star has paraded her 500-lb. weight loss recently, with her now looking different once again after undergoing skin removal surgery.
After enduring delays to the surgery, Tammy was recently approved for the procedure and the results showcased.
During the surgery, Tammy had a whopping 10-lbs of skin removed.
In the finale of 1000-Lb. Sisters, which aired on TLC on Tuesday night, the results of Tammy’s surgery were fully unveiled.
After undergoing the surgery to get some of her loose skin removed, Tammy got out of the car looking so very different.
“Oh damn,” one of Tammy’s loved ones could be heard saying before sister Amy broke her silence.
“Tammy looks really good,” Amy said in a confessional, adding, “even blind you can still tell there’s a big difference.”
They then showed a flashback clip from four years ago when Tammy was much heavier and Amy admitted she wouldn’t be able to tell if she lost weight due to her blindness.

Present day Amy then said: “Now it’s like, the difference is so obvious that a blind person can see it.”
Fans also reacted to Tammy’s new look as the episode aired.
In a discussion thread on Reddit, one person said: “Seeing Tammy’s transformation has been amazing. I could not wait to see today’s episode, I was refreshing Hulu all day!
“She is just such a small person and it’s amazing to see that person revealed. When you watch the show from beginning to now it’s hard to believe she is the same person. She’s worked so hard.”
While another penned: “Tammy Tammy Tammy! She really did it and gives me motivation to better my health, extremely happy for her. When that first take came back for her first interview I smiled so big.”
And a third wrote: “So happy for Tammy and I can’t believe they took 10lbs of skin off, I wonder how much more skin she is going to get removed.”
AMY’S ENVY
Earlier on in the episode, some viewers thought that Tammy’s sister Amy was making it all about her and exuded traits of jealousy amid her sister’s transformation.
One person on Reddit slammed Tammy’s sisters Amy and Amanda for not being supportive.
“Wow. They just can’t be supportive of each other when Tammy is in surgery?” they asked.
The original poster then moaned about their sister Amanda before unleashing a scathing rant about Amy.
They added: “Amy- you made it alllll about your damn wedding. Your sister could die in surgery, and you’re moping and crying about your wedding.
“A wedding is not more important than her surgery and recovery. Amy seems very jealous that Tammy is getting skin removal and has lost weight.
“I didn’t see any true concern or love for Tammy from her This episode showed how truly idiotic she is.”
While another person agreed, writing: “Amy is jealous of Tammy! For sure. Tammy has always been bigger than Amy. Now Tammy has come through and getting surgery. Yay for Tammy!!”
