3 reported missing as Crising, habagat disrupt lives of 215,000 — OCD

The Office of Civil Defense said Saturday that three people have been reported missing and 215,000 have been affected by heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon and Severe Tropical Storm Crising in recent days.
