3 women nabbed in Olongapo over P2.5-M prime lot scam

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Olongapo City has arrested three women believed to be members of a syndicate that pretended to own large parcels of land and sold so-called “prime lot” properties online at bargain price.
