SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — There’s a fourth arrest in connection with downtown Sioux Falls shootout.
Authorities tracked down the suspect in southern Nebraska. Akior Tor appeared in court this morning. He’s charged with aggravated riot.
Court documents say he was with Dok Stephen, Juliane Kubara and some other men who exchanged gunfire with 21-year-old Zachariah Ruffner.
It happened in a downtown Sioux Falls parking lot in the early morning on June 22. Court documents say it had been a busy night, and other people were in the parking lot and on a nearby patio when the shots were fired.
One person had minor injuries, and a couple of cars were hit.
