90 DAY Fiance star Darcey Silva has undergone a “cat-eye lift, buccal fat removal and nose job” in a dramatic transformation, as a plastic surgeon has revealed more of her shocking procedures.

Darcey has been open about her plastic surgery journey on the series, as she looks completely different from when viewers first met her in 2019.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively go inside all of Darcey’s potential plastic surgery procedures.
RealSelf partner and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Dilip D. Madnani, who has not treated Darcey, exclusively told The U.S. Sun, “It’s a combination of procedures, typically performed in Turkey as a package makeover, and is very popular in all parts of Europe.
“Her results reflect a full facial overhaul addressing the upper, mid and lower face through surgical and non surgical treatments.”
Dr. Madnani believes Darcey underwent procedures including, “cat eye or lateral canthoplasty, a brow lift and midface lift.”
He continued, “A facelift with buccal fat removal and fillers, in the lips and cheeks/jawline.
“She also appears to have had a rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty has shaped her nose, making it thinner and refined and elevated her nasal tip.
“These multiple procedures have treated her entire face which has resulted in her dramatic before and after.”
For the upper face, Dr. Madnani also believes she underwent an “upper eyelid blepharoplasty, which increased the space of the upper lid.
“Her canthoplasty has repositioned the outer corner of her eyes, giving it a more upward tilt and the brow lift has raised her brows in a more upward tilt as well.”
A canthoplasty is a surgical procedure to reshape the outer corner of the eye.
He continued of a mid face lift, “Typically is treated with filling and lifting, can be performed with the facelift, and adding volume with a fat transfer can be performed at the same time.
“This results in an elevated cheek with more defined cheekbones and improved appearance of the jawline.
“The buccal fat removal has shaped and contoured the buccal fat area – similar to what you would look like if you sucked your cheeks in, and the lip lift has increased the width of the upper lip while shortening the distance between the nose and the upper lip.”
As for additional procedures, he believed she could have underwent neck and jawline liposuction, as well as possible fillers in her jawline and chin.
PRICEY PROCEDURES
Dr. Madnani broke down how much Darcey’s procedures cost exclusively to The U.S. Sun.
The cat eye has an average cost of $7,175, while the buccal fat removal could have set her back $4,599.
A brow lift is $8,495, a midface lift is $9,973 and a facelift is $17,848.
Lip filler is $647, while jawline filler could’ve cost her $1,502.
A rhinoplasty has an average cost of $11,317 and jawline liposuction is $3,886.

TWIN SURGERIES
Darcey and her twin sister, Stacey, have been open about their plastic surgery procedures on the series.
Darcey and Stacey recently went to Turkey for plastic surgery, as they underwent brow lifts, liposuction, ab etching and skin tightening lasers.
On their spinoff Darcey and Stacey, they went to Turkey for the first time to get nose jobs, veneers, breast lifts and implants, liposuction 360 and more in 2022.
In one clip, their family members said that while the plastic surgery looked “good,” it is a “drastic change to get used to.”
The twins look completely different compared to earlier seasons, as they sported dark hair, thinner lips and smaller breasts.
On the Happily Ever After? trailer, Georgi was concerned about Darcey wearing a sexy outfit to meet his family in Bulgaria.
Fans see Darcey cry hysterically when at dinner with his parents.
