She played Elizabeth Stuckey in Pretty Woman, featuring in the polo scene when Julia Roberts character Vivienne attends alongside Edward Lewis (Richard Gere) wearing a brown polka dot dress.

Amy also played journalist Peggy Brandt in The Mask, who tricks Jim Carrey’s character Stanley Ipkiss to fall for her, only to side with mob enforcer Dorian Tyrell, who plans to steal the mask for his own evil cause.

Fans will remember Amy for her bright luscious red locks in the film.

But in recent days, the actress sports slightly darker tresses.

Amy also played Casey on sitcom Wings from 1994 to 1997, but before that she starred as Flo in 1990’s Problem Child.

She played John Ritter’s gold-digging wife and ended up falling in love with him off-screen and later tying the knot.

Amy also won over fans with her role of mermaid Madison in the 1998 TV sequel Splash.

WHEN DID AMY AND JOHN MARRY?

Ritter and Yasbeck tied the knot in September of 1999 at the Murphy Theatre in Wilmington, Ohio.

They had starred in various roles together, even playing her estranged husband on the sitcom Wings.

A year before tying the knot, Yasbeck and Ritter had one child together, Noah.

According to Heavy, Noah is transgendered and was originally named Stella before his transition.

WHAT HAPPENED TO JOHN RITTER?

Yasbeck was widowed in 2003 after Ritter suffered an aortic dissection in his heart primarily due to an undiagnosed congenital defect.

Ritter had fallen into a coma while rehearsing for 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter and was rushed to the hospital by paramedics.

He passed away that same night just six days before his 55th birthday.

Yasbeck filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center and the doctors who treated him, alleging that they misdiagnosed Ritter’s condition.

The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court for $9.4million.
