9th DPWH-Mimaropa official pleads not guilty to graft over flood control mess

A ninth official of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Mimaropa pleaded to graft before the Sandiganbayan’s Fifth Division over her alleged involvement in the anomalous flood control project in Oriental Mindoro.
