Arroyo to head poverty alleviation panel as House elects more leaders

Chairs of 16 House committees were named, including Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for the Committee on Poverty Alleviation and Batanes Rep. Ciriaco Gato Jr. for the Committee on Health.
