KATIE Feeney is the social media superstar making waves in the broadcasting world.
And Feeney, 22, has landed a new job with ESPN to transform the network’s social content.

The internet personality has a huge following online.
Her combined TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat fan base is more than 14 million.
And adoring fans have tipped her to become the next Erin Andrews after her latest career venture.
Andrews is Fox NFL’s lead sideline reporter.
In 2022, Feeney became the first ever social media correspondent for an NFL team when the Washington Commanders hired her.
Since graduating from Penn State, the 22-year-old has already covered Super Bowls and Oscars.
She has brought her distinctive voice and personality to events and amassed a huge following.
“From capturing Penn State games on the sidelines to now joining the biggest platform in sports, this journey has been incredible,” she said.
“I grew up watching SportsCenter with my family, and I’m proud to now be part of the storytelling that brings ESPN to millions of fans around the world.”
ESPN confirmed Feeney’s new role this week.
She will lead their SportsCenter on SnapChat coverage, which has over nine million subscribers.
Feeney is also contributing to the new-look ESPN app with vertical video content.
And ESPN also confirmed her job will include appearances on some of their biggest shows.
They include Sunday NFL Countdown, Monday Night Countdown and College GameDay.
Feeney shared the news with her fans as she gets ready for a new chapter in her young but already promising career.
