ANGEL Reese and the Chicago Sky have been mocked for a dramatic walk-on to the court before getting blown out by the Indiana Fever, who were without Caitlin Clark.

The Sky were ready to host their first game on an NBA floor as their game versus the Fever took place at the Chicago Bulls‘ United Center.
Before the game, Chicago’s players were seen in a social media video during a choreographed entrance onto the hardwood.
The choreography included a freeze moment where Angel Reese was at the front of the team.
And the roster could be heard yelling “Chi-Town are you read?” and “Hey move that a** out the way” as they walked to the court before their brutal 79-52 loss.
Reese would score only four points in the contest as the Sky dropped to a 2-5 record for the campaign.
Social media users ripped Reese and the Sky’s players for their walk-on to the court before the loss.
“This is beyond cringe,” one wrote.
“The most embarrassing thing I’ve seen. @WNBA absolutely the worst,” another commented.
“Maybe they should spend more time focusing on scoring more points and less time on the pregame shenanigans if they want to be taken seriously,” a third added.
“They should’ve stayed in the locker room – used all their energy here instead of in the blowout loss,” a fourth said.
“What a joke,” a fifth shared.
Clark missed her fourth straight game due to a quad issue.
The Fever received efforts from Kelsey Mitchell, who scored 17 points, and Natasha Howard, who scored 13 of her own.
As for the Sky, they will have to take on the reigning champion and undefeated New York Liberty.
They lost the previous meeting to the Fever in another blowout as Clark and Indiana defeated them 93-58.

The earliest the 2024 Rookie of the Year can return is on Saturday against the reigning champion New York Liberty.
