Man desperately clings to overturned canoe under Philly bridge for nearly two hours

A man spent nearly two hours desperately clinging onto his overturned canoe and screaming for help in the Schuylkill River, underneath Philadelphia’s Falls Bridge, before first responders were able to rescue him, officials said.
