LOVE Island USA’s season 7 reunion has been dubbed the ‘most tense and toxic ever’ as extra security was on hand for feuding cast members after an explosive season.
The cast members of Love Island USA reunited on Tuesday in New York City to film the season 7 reunion set to air on August 25.

Love Island USA’s Ariana Madix and Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen teamed up to host the highly-anticipated reunion.
After an explosive season, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the reunion episode was the “most tense” of any special in the show’s history.
A source told The U.S. Sun, “The participants were very tense, very eager to solve some issues between each other and literally almost everyone came to get into some arguments and show and express their frustrations.
“This is the most tense and toxic reunion ever.
“We had some participants arguing as soon as they got there, some of them even started being rude to each other and didn’t greet each other. It really looked like a war zone as almost everyone wanted to yell, argue and show their most toxic and angry side.”
The insider revealed “extra security” was hired for the reunion, as crew anticipated “some arguments could reach a super tense level and people had to be separated before shoving or pushing each other.”
The source continued to claim, “Some people had to calm down because some insults were exchanged on the set, and we had to make frequent stops to have security guys come to calm down many people.
“We had to do some pauses on the recording of the reunion at least 10 or 12 times. That was the most tense, toxic, reunion ever.”
The insider continued, Ace Green and Nic Vansteenberghe actually got into an argument on the reunion despite their friendship when filming ended.
The co-stars took a trip to Disney with Taylor Williams and went on a triple date with their girlfriends.
The source claimed, “Ace and Nic got into an argument and they called each other fake, and Nic got called the fakest guy in the show and the whole history of Love Island USA by some of the guys.
“They didn’t like the fact that he acted like he was the best example of a gentlemen on the show, and saw himself as the most respectful guy with all of the women on the show.”
A second production source revealed, “The tension was so high, many candidates yelled at each other and we had to change the participants’ original seating as some of them would have jumped and shove each other up if we left them next to each other.
“Even after that, some candidates had requested to change seats, some of them called each other names and insulted each other.
The drama even left host Andy “fed up” and “frustrated.”
Season 7 winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales “got mad” at certain co-stars because of doubts over their whirlwind relationship.

OFF-CAMERA DRAMA
Andy Cohen hinted at tension on Watch What Happens Live with Nic, Olandria Carthen, Amaya and Bryan.
Andy said how she and Chelley Bissainthe saw Huda Mustafa for the first time since leaving the villa, as he explained their reunion was “pretty dramatic.”
On the show, Huda and Chelley got into an argument when she “went too far” in the Heart Rate Challenge with her man Ace, as Peacock even edited out content deemed too racy for the streamer.
Olandria took Chelley’s side in the on-camera argument.
Though the women made up in the villa, Chelley told Variety after filming concluded, “I needed my space from her. We all stand on being a ‘girl’s girl’ and having each other’s backs. At that moment, I didn’t feel like that’s what happened. But once we got a chance to sit down and talk to each other, it was something that we could work through.
“Our relationship is good. We’re friends. I just needed my space from her, but now everything is good. We understand each other. Boundaries were set.”

Huda opened up about feeling “bullied” in the villa during an interview with ET, though she did not name Chelley or Olandria.
She said, “I feel like I was bullied a lot in the villa, I really do. I’m just like, ‘Am I being crazy? Am I losing my mind here?’ Then coming out of the villa and seeing, I wasn’t crazy like when I felt like someone was looking at me and making fun of me. I was right. When I felt like someone was talking about me, I was right.
“I should have just trusted my intuition.”
Also during the season, Ace got into a heated fight with Jeremiah Brown when he accused him of only being on the show for fame and “love bombing” Huda.
Austin Shepard also argued with Ace during the Stand on Business challenge when he accused him of being the ringleader of the men when it came to eliminations, as he had a big role in sending Jeremiah home.
