They get access to it after they complete their first 90 days of employment.

RISING PRICES
The extended discounts come as food prices have seen a general rise in prices.
Grocery prices are rising quicker than typical inflation would dictate, putting increasing pressure on household budgets.
Experts have also warned of the repercussions of this rise.
Campbell’s CEO Mick Beekhuizen warned that consumer snetiment has continued to shrink over the last quarter, and that this could continue.
He also said that as a result, consumers are becoming more wary of how much they are spending.
The government’s food at home index decreased 0.1% and the food away from home index went up by 0.3%.
Over the last year, the overall food index went up 2.9%, as food at home went up 2.2% and food away from home 3.9%.
However, compared to the period between 2020 and 2024, the all-food consumer price index rose 23.6%.
CPI and Inflation explained

The Consumer Price Index is how the federal government measures inflation.
Every month, the Bureau of Labor Statistics shares its CPI numbers with detailed breakdowns of which items have changing prices.
The CPI shows the amount prices rose or fell over the previous 12 months.
The calculation process is complex, but measures the changes in price for urban consumers, those living or working in an American metropolitan area.
While that does not cover everyone, it measures prices for about 90% of the population.
The food price index meausres the montly change in prices internailtionally of a basket of groceries.
WALMART CUTSOMERS
Meanwhile, Walmart customers have experienced consistent price rises on a range of goods.
Recently, shoppers saw a toy go up from $20 to $55 in the space of just over a month.
This is a price icnrease of 175%, and shoppers are scared.
One person wrote online: “This is actually pretty terrifying. I don’t care about toys of course but jfc I can’t imagine what the price of food and necessities are going to be like soon, especially with most of us only making $14 and already struggling like hell.”
Meanwhile, another added: “What scares me is that Walmart is truly paying more for the products- I am watching our costs rise and products going up to cover us while its kicking everyone’s a**…consumers & companies.
“This will kill all businesses, big and small.”
