The lawyer of the victims in the case against former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte has asked the International Criminal Court (ICC) Appeals Chamber to grant her a “varying standard time limit” to respond to the defense’s move to disqualify ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan.
