SolGen tells SC: Be wary on opening ‘backdoor to absolute divorce’

Solicitor-General Darlene Berberabe on Tuesday urged the Supreme Court to be careful on treading issues on foreign divorce, as this could possibly open a “backdoor to absolute divorce” as the high court began the oral arguments.
