Cadaver dogs have combed the baby’s home in the days following his disappearance.

He was allegedly kidnapped while his mom, 31, was changing his diaper in a parking lot near a California sports shop on August 14.

But, on Tuesday, San Bernardino County cops revealed they were probing an alleged sighting in Kern County, as per the ABC affiliate KESQ-TV.

“Investigators are aware of the reporting of a sighting in Kern County. No information on where in Kern County was provided,” police said.

No arrests have been made since Emmanuel vanished.

But, cops seized a car belonging to his dad, Jake

Investigators are still collecting evidence as part of their probe.

They have trawled through surveillance footage in a bid for clues.

Emmanuel disappeared in Yucaipa, California, but cops have conducted search warrants at the family’s home in Cabazon – located around 22 miles away.

Two iPads and three Xbox consoles were taken from the property.

Rebecca, Emmanuel’s mom, and Jake have also handed over their cell phones.

Cadaver dogs have also searched the home, sparking concern among former FBI officials.

FOUL PLAY FEARS

“It clearly tells me that they have reason to believe that child is deceased unfortunately,” ex-FBI official Bobby Chacon told the CW affiliate KTLA-TV.

Rebecca claimed she was attacked before realizing her son had vanished.

She was going to buy a mouthguard for her older son from a Big 5 Sporting Goods outlet.

The disappearance of Emmanuel Haro

CALIFORNIA cops are probing the disappearance of missing baby Emmanuel Haro. The U.S. Sun breaks down the timeline surrounding his disappearance.

August 14: Emmanuel’s mom, Rebecca, reports him missing. She claimed she was attacked near a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Yucaipa.

August 15: San Bernardino cops issue a statement, saying the search for Emmanuel is ongoing. They reveal that he has not been found.

August 16: Cops say they cannot rule out foul play.

August 17: Police visit the Haro family home.

August 18: Police say they have conducted extensive searches in the Yucaipa and Cabazon areas. They also reveal that a large amount of surveillance footage has been reviewed.

August 19: San Bernardino cops probe an alleged sighting of Emmanuel. Police have also seized a car belonging to Emmanuel’s dad, Jake.

She claimed she heard someone say “Hola” before the alleged attack.

Rebecca realized her son wasn’t nearby after regaining consciousness following the alleged attack.

“I woke up on the floor and my son was gone,” she told the Fox affiliate KTTV-TV.

Rebecca went into the sports shop asking fellow shoppers if they had seen her son before calling 911.

A search operation was launched with canine teams from San Bernardino and Riverside Counties combing the local area.

Cops have not ruled out foul play in the case after inconsistencies appeared in Rebecca’s account of what happened.

She reportedly ended a police interview after being quizzed.

Rebecca reportedly refused to take a polygraph test, as reported by The Los Angeles Times.

“No attorney in their right mind would allow that to happen, and no person should ever consent to a lie detector test when it’s not even scientifically proven to be admissible in court,” Vincent Hughes, a lawyer representing Jake in a separate case, told the outlet.

Hughes claimed the family is facing death threats in light of Emmanuel’s disappearance.

“All the reports I’m seeing on social media that Jake and his wife are running…they’re at their home,” he told KTTV-TV.

“They’re at their home holed off for their safety and grieving their son.”
