SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — After a summer of construction and closures, Cliff Avenue is open to one lane just in time for the first day of school at nearby Lincoln High School.
One lane of traffic in each direction has been opened near the Cliff Avenue and I-229 interchange site.

Construction is expected to be finished in June 2027.
