BIG Brother star Rylie Jeffries grimaced in a mugshot after he was arrested for “skipping court” two years before he became a TV villain.
Rylie, 27, has become the most talked-about – and controversial – star of Big Brother season 27 because of his “aggressive” and “intense” behavior towards romantic interest Katherine Woodman on the show.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Rylie was arrested on July 12, 2023 for a court-issued bench warrant.
In the mugshot, Rylie appeared stone faced as he stared at the camera.
According to Oklahoma court records, Rylie was issued a citation on March 21, 2022 for driving while using a cell phone.
A bench warrant was issued on June 8, 2022 when he failed to appear for a court hearing.
The bench warrant was recalled on July 13, 2023, one day after he was arrested.
Rylie paid court fees and the case was closed on July 17, 2023.
A warrant for Rylie was also issued in a separate case.
Rylie was charged with speeding on May 3, 2022.
A bench warrant was issued in this case on July 5, 2022 when he failed to appear for traffic court on June 22, 2022.
Court records show that on July 13, 2023, a bail bondsman contacted the court asking if there was a hold on the $200 bond.
For the speeding case, Rylie pleaded no contest on June 27, 2024 and the case was closed.
BEHIND BARS
The U.S. Sun previously reported on Rylie’s May 6, 2018 arrest in Oklahoma for public intoxication and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
The court papers obtained by The U.S. Sun state Rylie “appeared in a drunken condition” while cruising down State Highway 33 and Main Street in the city of Perkins, OK, in 2018.
Despite being “intoxicated,” Rylie chose to “unlawfully, willfully, knowingly and wrongfully drive and operate a certain motor vehicle,” the documents claim.
Additionally, he was charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Rylie pled guilty and was ordered to pay hundreds of dollars in fines.
He also had his license revoked for 6 months.
NEED FOR SPEED
Rylie has found himself breaking traffic laws multiple times through the years.
In August 2024, Rylie was caught driving under suspension, which means operating a vehicle with a suspended license, court records show.
He was driving down Highway 66 in Oklahoma in a 1993 Chevrolet truck.
Rylie appeared in court the following month where he was convicted and entered a no contest plea.
He paid hundreds in fines and the case was closed in September 2024.
Rylie was also charged and convicted for speeding in February 2022, January 2021, as well as once again in September 2024 for not wearing a seatbelt while driving.

SHOWMANCE DRAMA
The Luther, Oklahoma native is one of the contestants vying for the $750,000 cash prize.
He has formed a romantic relationship with housemate Katherine.
While their showmance seemed sweet on the CBS episodes, the livestream has shown a darker side to Rylie.
He has been accused by fans of being “tense” and “aggressive” towards Katherine, leaving fans concerned for the 23-year-old.
In one livestream moment, Rylie said to Katherine, “I’m being with you outside of this, whether you like it or not.”
Katherine then asked, “What if we break up in here?”
“We’re not going to,” Rylie responded.
He later said, “I’m gonna marry you after this… I get to wake up next to you forever.”
In another livestream scene, Rylie failed to break eye contact with Katherine as he said, “You don’t get to leave me.”
Katherine responded, “I’m not doing that. I wouldn’t do that, you know?”
Rylie replied, “You don’t need to. You’re stuck with me.”
Katherine calmly said, “Ok,” before Rylie looked at her and said, “I mean it.”
In a third scene, Rylie can be heard saying to her, “Have you got a f***ing problem with me?”
As Katherine insisted she did not, Rylie shot a direct stare at her as he said, “Then sit down! What are you doing right now?”
He later said to her, “Watch your attitude!
“It is your tone – that f***ing voice – I’ve been waiting up here for two hours.
“I’ve been wondering where the f*** you are and all these f***ing little rat motherf****** are running around here.”
Rylie continued his rant as Katherine tried to plead that she did not do anything wrong and was not avoiding spending time with him.
FAN BACKLASH
Fans have called for the show to remove Rylie from the house.
One fan said on TikTok, “Rylie needs to be kicked out… Creeeeeeeeepy.”
A second person wrote, “He does nothing but repeat himself all day. Does he know anything about her or just that he loves her.”
A third said that it was “red flag behavior,” adding, “the producers should be stepping in at this point because this is not okay…”
“About the Rylie situation.. I have ZERO faith CBS/Paramount will do anything about it except punish us by cutting the feeds even more, unfortunately #bb27,” said one person on X.
They later added, “… The way he is acting very possessive over her and the way he talks to her sometimes is concerning, and will only get worse as time goes on IMO.”
Another fan wrote, “Remove Rylie,” while one viewed begged “Please do something about Rylie.”

SENDING RYLIE HOME?
But a source exclusively told The U.S. Sun production likely will not send him home.
A production insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun, “As of right now, there are no talks to remove Rylie from the Big Brother house yet, but he is being closely monitored.
“Perhaps more so than any other contestant, he’s having a close eye kept on him.
“As they are monitored 24/7, things can change at any moment that could warrant a removal of him, or any other contestant.”
The source said that Rylie has not been removed since there have been no “clear violations of the show guidelines or his contract – yet.
“Producers are aware of his behavior and are closely watching the comments.
“If they feel, at any point, he is a harm to anyone in the household or he says anything that steps over the line, he will be removed.
“Fans not liking him is not a reason, solely, to remove him but the producers have the contestants’ safety as their top priority. Always.”
The U.S. Sun has reached out to CBS for comment.
Rylie’s time in the Big Brother house could be coming to an end as he faces eviction on Thursday night’s episode.
Alongside houseguests Mickey Lee and Morgan Pope, the trio are on the chopping block and will face the house vote unless they can win the latest blockbuster challenge.
