Some offer small payouts of $15 or $20, while others could see victims pocket thousands.

The claims cover data breaches, privacy violations, deceptive advertising and discrimination cases.
All deadlines fall before the end of August, meaning time is running out to file a claim.
Gerber Formula – Multi-Million
Parents who bought Gerber Good Start Gentle infant formula may be owed cash.
The company was accused of misleading families by saying its formula could reduce allergy risks without scientific proof.
The deal covers Florida and New York customers who bought the product between 2011 and 2016.
Without receipts, Florida buyers can get up to $15, and New Yorkers up to $20.
With proof, payments rise to $60 for Florida residents and $80 for New Yorkers.
Claims must be submitted by August 25 before a final hearing on September 9.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care – $16 Million
A massive 2023 data breach exposed sensitive patient information, including Social Security numbers, health insurance details, and medical records.
Victims can claim up to $2,500 in out-of-pocket costs like credit monitoring or bank fees.
Those hit harder can get up to $35,000 for extraordinary losses and 20 hours of lost time at $30 per hour.
For anyone without receipts, there’s a flat $150 payment option.
Three years of free credit monitoring is also included.
The deadline to claim is August 25.

Henry Ford Health MyChart – Undisclosed Sum
The Michigan-based hospital system was accused of secretly sharing patient data with tech giants like Google and Facebook.
The settlement covers anyone with a MyChart patient portal account between 2020 and 2023.
Each person can claim $15 plus a free code for the Privacy Shield Pro product to boost data protection.
The exclusion deadline is August 11, and all claim forms must be filed by August 25.
A final court hearing is scheduled for October 7.
Torrid – $10 Million
Plus-size clothing retailer Torrid was accused of tricking shoppers with fake discounts on its website.
The deal covers online customers in California, Oregon, and Washington who made purchases between 2020 and February 2025.
Each class member can choose either $15 in cash or a $15 store voucher.
Cash payments will arrive by check or digital transfer, while vouchers will be emailed.
The voucher can only be used in a single transaction online or in-store.
Claims are due by August 26, with final approval on September 19.
Aetna – $2 Million
The health insurer faced claims it discriminated against LGBTQ+ members by denying equal access to fertility treatments.
The case alleged members were unfairly blocked from coverage for procedures like artificial insemination and IVF.
Payments vary by category, but some members could receive default payouts of $10,000, plus an additional $2,300 for uncovered expenses.
Together, eligible individuals may see up to $12,300, though amounts could be reduced if too many people file.
Extra compensation is available for added losses, harm, or unreimbursed medical care.
Claims must be filed by August 26, with the final approval hearing set for October 10.
Arisa Health – $1.9 Million
The Arkansas behavioral health provider was hit by a cyberattack in March 2024.
Hackers reportedly accessed Social Security numbers, health records, driver’s license data, and insurance information.
Victims can claim up to $5,000 with proof of losses tied to fraud, ID theft, or extra expenses.
Those without documentation can still pocket a flat $70.
Three years of free credit monitoring is also included for all affected patients.
The claim deadline is August 27, with a court hearing scheduled for September 24.
Uber & Lyft – $140 Million
The rideshare giants agreed to pay to settle claims they misclassified Massachusetts drivers as contractors.
The lawsuit argued drivers were denied wages, overtime, and benefits they were entitled to under state law.
The deal covers drivers who used the Uber or Lyft apps between July 14, 2020, and July 2, 2024.
Payouts depend on the number of trips completed, with frequent drivers set to receive larger amounts.
No claim form is required, but drivers must update their information on the settlement site by August 31.
The final court hearing is set for October 24.
