Nartatez to replace Torre as PNP chief: DILG

PLtGen. Jose Melencio Nartatez will replace PGen. Nicolas Torre III as the head of the Philippine National Police (PNP) following his relief from the post, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said Tuesday.
