Senator Risa Hontiveros on Tuesday sounded the alarm over possible national security risks after businessman Joseph Sy, also known as Chen Zhong Zen, was discovered to have secured fraudulent Philippine identity documents and gained entry into the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA).
