JASON KELCE has shown off his dramatic body transformation after shedding the pounds in retirement.
The former centre quit the NFL in March 2024 and he has made it his mission to stay in shape ever since.

But now he no longer takes up a position in defence, he is able to be more lean.
Kelce, 38, announced he would begin a health journey after hanging up his boots.
And he has stayed true to his word, cutting the pounds to achieve a slimline, albeit bulky, look.
The former Philadelphia Eagles star shared some photos of himself in the gym on Instagram, unveiling his transformation.
He added the caption: “When hungry dogs run faster.”
Kelce’s goal was to get down to 250lbs from 235lbs and he has a realistic shot and achieving his aim.
In an interview with GQ in June, he said: “I’m almost 20 pounds down right now.
“It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you.
“But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better.
“So another 20 pounds, hopefully, will make me that much more adept at playing with my children.
“I feel like, for some reason, 250 to 260 feels like I’ll still be big and be happy with the way I look without having a six-pack.
“But I’ll still be able to have that stature a little bit.”
Kelce is also concerned about another aspect of his health – his risk of CTE.
He wrote on X: “I mean I can virtually guarantee that I have CTE, all the research would suggest I have some degree of it.
“I think it is entirely reasonable to assume I have some degree of that pathology.”
