COPS probing the disappearance of Emmanuel Haro fear the seven-month-old baby may have been killed up to nine days before he was reported missing.
His parents Rebecca, 41, and Jake Haro, 32, have been charged with his murder and appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday.

Rebecca reported Emmanuel missing on August 14 and claimed he had been taken while she was changing his diaper in a parking lot near a sports shop in Yucaipa, California.
Cops later said that the kidnapping didn’t happen as they believe he was killed.
But, court documents, seen by the CW affiliate KTLA-TV, appear to shed more light on the timeline surrounding Emmanuel’s disappearance and presumed death.
Police fear the boy could’ve been killed between August 5 and August 14.
And, those who were in the Riverside County courthouse were left stunned.
This was because Rebecca and Jake both appeared without any representation.
Lawyer Vincent Hughes had previously spoken on behalf of Jake at moments during the search for Emmanuel.
The Haros’ were only in court for five minutes on Tuesday.
Rebecca wore a blue jumpsuit for the hearing and her voice was hoarse when she responded to questions from the judge, as reported by The Los Angeles Times.
The outlet reported how her eyes appeared to be red.
Meanwhile, Jake sported a red set of prison overalls and completed his look with black glasses that had thick rims.
Rebecca and Jake haven’t just been charged with murder. They were also charged with making a false police report.
The two appeared in court – just a day after Rebecca gave an emotional jailhouse interview.
“I will not give up on my baby,” she told The Orange County Register.
She begged for cops to let her join the search to find Emmanuel’s remains.
And, she doubled down on her claims that Emmanuel was taken.
