The Department of Justice released on Friday an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against businessman Charlie Atong Ang, actress Gretchen Barretto, retired Lt. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, and over 50 responded involved in the case of missing cockfight enthusiasts or “sabungeros”.
