ESPN has already started the festivities for Corso’s final episode.
The network created a special tribute video for him featuring multiple people from his career.
Saturday’s episode is set to bring even more special moments.
One of those will be the presence of Chris Fowler.
Fowler served on College GameDay alongside Corso from 1990 to 2014.
He is incredibly busy this weekend, having three broadcasting responsibilities.
Fowler is on the call for the LSU-Clemson game on Saturday night.
He is also covering the US Open in New York.
However, he is going to make time through all of that to be on College GameDay for Corso’s final episode.
Fowler spoke about how how special Corso is on ESPN’s Get Up.
“He’s such a beloved guy,” Fowler said.
“I think when reality hits and you get out there. And you realize that we won’t see that again.
“I think people are gonna start to lose it. I mean, I think the show will go on.
“GameDay is a powerhouse, but Lee Corso has brought something to not just GameDay, but the sports TV landscape that is wholly unique.”
Fans are sad to see Corso leaving College GameDay and shared their thoughts on social media.
