DEION Sanders had a personal portable toilet installed on the sideline after his cancer battle.
The Colorado Buffaloes head coach took charge of his first game since revealing his health scare.

Sanders, 58, needed surgery to replace and reconstruct his bladder this summer.
A tumor was discovered in his bladder, which led to the emergency operation.
Sanders’ Buffaloes played Georgia Tech on Friday night in their first game of 2025.
The coach ran onto the field with his team in front of their home fans in Boulder, Colorado.
And he jogged past a black tent on the sideline which had a toilet installed inside.
The coach spoke about his health after Friday’s loss to Georgia Tech.
He “felt good” during the game but was tired afterwards.
Sanders said, “I don’t feel good right now, but I felt darn good during the game.”
Colorado was beaten 27-20 by Georgia Tech.
The team is in a new era after Sanders’ son Shedeur left for the NFL this spring.
The NFL great revealed his cancer diagnosis in July.
He had a new bladder created from his small intestine.
“It was dynamic,” Sanders said about his surgery this summer.
“It was tough. It wasn’t a cakewalk. It wasn’t easy.
“That was a fight, but we made it.

“The ‘C’ word, when we hear that word there’s normally a life sentence attached to it.
“But not this time. But not this time.”
Colorado’s new era ended with a late defeat after Georgia Tech quarterback Haynes King scripted a late win for his team.
Sanders said, “Defensively, no, there’s no way you can say you’re physical when you got your butt kicked like that.
“But offensively, you probably were sitting out there saying, ‘Dang, they should keep running the ball’ because you saw the physicality we’ve been talking about.”
