SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A lucky lottery winner was found in Fort Pierre after a winning Luck for Life ticket was claimed for second prize Sunday.
Sunday’s Lucky for Life drawing resulted in a second prize winner. Lucky for Life’s second prize gives the winning player the option of $25,000 a year for life or a one-time payment of $390,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Dakotamart in Fort Pierre. The win caps off a busy month for the South Dakota Lottery, with five major prize winners found throughout the state.
Any prize won can be claimed by visiting any South Dakota Lottery redemption center. The Powerball jackpot is currently projected to be worth $1.1 billion.
