INVESTIGATORS probing the presumed death of baby Emmanuel Haro have provided an update on the desperate search to find his body.
Emmanuel, seven months, hasn’t been seen since he was reported missing by his mom following a supposed kidnapping she said occurred near a sports shop.

California cops later ruled the kidnapping didn’t occur and Emmanuel’s parents have been charged with murder.
Emmanuel’s dad, Jake, 32, has even been seen combing an area of rugged terrain with cops.
The search for Emmanuel has spanned more than two weeks, but Michael Hestrin, the District Attorney for Riverside County, provided an update on the case.
“We have a strong indication of where the remains of baby Emmanuel are at this time,” he told reporters on August 27.
But, he was tight-lipped about where they think Emmanuel’s body is located.
Emmanuel was reported missing on August 14, but cops fear he was killed before that date.
Police believe the last sighting of Emmanuel was on August 5.
Emmanuel died from his injuries because of the alleged abuse he suffered, according to Hestrin.
The district attorney described Emmanuel as a “victim of child abuse over time.”
Rumors swirled that Jake had confessed killing Emmanuel to a fake inmate, but this theory was emphatically debunked by cops.
“I can tell you that’s not true,” Hestrin said when he was probed about the theory.
“There’s no confession made in jail.”
Before details of the timeline surrounding Emmanuel’s presumed death emerged, podcast host Annie Elise claimed Haro’s family had not seen him for a month, as reported by NewsNation.
And, chilling details emerged regarding what was found inside the family home.

Sources told NewsNation that there was blood, and pictures of Emmanuel had been taken down.
His clothes also disappeared, according to the outlet.
Rebecca said she was ambushed before alleging Emmanuel was taken.
She claimed she was assaulted while changing his diaper.
Rebecca was about to go into a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Yucaipa when she realized Emmanuel’s diaper was smelling.
She was going to buy a mouthguard for her older son.
And, the mom claimed she heard someone say “Hola” – hello in Spanish – before the alleged attack happened, per the CW affiliate KTLA-TV.
Rebecca claimed she woke up on the floor following the alleged ambush.
She frantically looked around her car but didn’t see her son.
Rebecca then claimed she went into the store, asking customers if they had seen Emmanuel.
FOUL PLAY FEARS
Just days after Emmanuel was reported missing, cops said they couldn’t rule out foul play.
This was despite Rebecca claiming her baby was taken.
Rebecca issued a desperate plea to the person she thought had taken Emmanuel.
“Please don’t hurt my son,” she told the ABC affiliate KABC-TV.
Cops grew suspicious when they detected inconsistencies in her statements.
Investigators became more wary when she stopped the interview, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office.
Despite the missing person report, an Amber Alert was never issued.
Cops didn’t have any details regarding a potential suspect at the time of Emmanuel’s supposed disappearance.
Details about a suspect is one of the criteria that has to be met before an Amber Alert is issued.
As part of the police probe, cops searched the Haro family home in Cabazon – located around 22 miles from the sports shop.
Police seized game consoles and a car belonging to Jake, and the couple handed over their cell phones.
Investigators also trawled through surveillance footage as they tried to gather as many clues as possible.
Jake and Rebecca were arrested at their home on August 22.
Footage shared by cops showed the pair being led to cars while flanked by officers.
Both Rebecca and Jake are in jail, but he claims that his wife is innocent.
“She loves her children,” he defiantly told The Orange County Register.
