A WALMART Plus member was left fuming after a key perk was unavailable for over two days, pushing the frustrated shopper to cancel their membership.
They vented their concerns regarding the delivery dilemma on social media, publicly calling out the retail giant and inviting a quick response.

Walmart+ is a membership program from Walmart that offers paying members a range of benefits, from free shipping with no order minimum and fuel discounts to access to streaming services such as Paramount+.
While the standard membership also includes free delivery with a $35 order minimum, shoppers can opt to purchase the InHome Plus Up add-on.
This premium service enhances the delivery experience with features like delivery directly into a chosen location, return pick-ups from your home, and even item unpacking.
The highly convenient benefit is ideal for online shoppers who don’t want to take a trip to the store.
While the Walmart Plus membership benefit is designed to save customers time and money in the long run, paying members sometimes run into issues with the service.
Walmart shopper Trixie, for example, was left up in arms after repeatedly having problems with the retailer’s online platform, unable to access the InHome Plus Up service she had paid extra for.
She complained in an X post on Wednesday morning that the premium delivery option for members had not worked for more than two days.
“We pay for this service,” wrote Trixie. “You select a time for your in-home delivery and when you go to checkout most food items are available for only PICK UP. And others for shipping.”
The frustrated shopper threatened to cancel her Walmart Plus membership, urging the company to give her a full refund for her trouble.
Walmart promptly responded to her complaint, writing, “We’d like to look into this further for you.”
The retailer encouraged Trixie to contact Walmart via a provided link, although it is unclear whether or not the customer did so.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Walmart for comment but has yet to hear back.
SHOPPING STRIFE
Numerous other Walmart customers have taken to social media and online forums to express their frustration when the retailer’s membership services do not operate as smoothly as they expect.
Delivery is a common complaint for many shoppers, with frequent grievances regarding scheduled deliveries being delayed, canceled, or even unavailable in the first place, as was the case with Trixie.

In a Facebook post from late July, one Walmart customer complained that their standard delivery order had failed to show up for hours and hours, prompting a slew of complaints from other shoppers regarding the perk.
“More often than not my orders get cancelled,” cried one user, as another complained that they experienced delays “pretty much every time” unless they ordered express delivery.
“Cancelled the service as it just caused too much of a headache,” they said.
Another Walmart Plus customer vented that their order was delivered to the wrong address and they had to wait over three weeks to get a refund, forcing them to place their order all over again.
In a second run-in with the delivery service, their order was four hours later than promised.
“They told me my order was shopped, but no drivers to pick up the order and deliver. I had to wait until the next day to cancel. Took over two weeks to get my refund,” they complained.
“It’s a great concept when it works. However, if they don’t have drivers to accept the orders, they shouldn’t continue to offer the service.”
To boost the value of its paid membership, Walmart recently added a new perk at no extra cost.
Meanwhile, Walmart shoppers in 1,000 US cities can now switch to a new free service after a major rival’s “fresh” option launches.
