Roque appoints new CIAP, PCAB acting chiefs

Trade Secretary Cristina Roque has named Doris Gacho and Engr. Sergie T. Retome as acting heads of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) and the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), respectively.
