A WOMAN has been found dead after a fire broke out inside a luxury hotel room in Las Vegas.
The incident happened on Thursday morning inside the Trump International Hotel, sparking an emergency response and a brief evacuation.

The Clark County Fire Department said crews were dispatched just before 10:45 am following reports of a blaze on the 59th floor.
When firefighters arrived, the flames had already been extinguished by hotel security.
Officials confirmed security also evacuated other rooms on the floor as a precaution.
Firefighters checked the area and determined there was no risk of the fire reigniting.
Inside the affected room, a woman was found with injuries that police said were not related to the fire.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was later pronounced dead.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed they are investigating her death as a possible suicide.
Her identity has not yet been released.
Police stressed that the circumstances surrounding both the blaze and her death remain under investigation, News Nation reported.
The floor was cleared during the scare, but the rest of the high-rise hotel remained open.
The Las Vegas metropolitan police department and the Clark County Fire Department didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment by The U.S. Sun.
The 64-story property, located near the north end of the Strip, is part of the Trump Hotels portfolio operated under the Trump Organization.
The case has drawn attention as it is not the first tragedy linked to the same property in recent years.
Last year, the son of a California woman filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Trump International Hotels, alleging negligence after his mother was injured at the same Las Vegas location.
The suit claimed 78-year-old Diana Truschke was struck from behind by a malfunctioning revolving door at the entrance.

It alleged the door sped up, “violently ejecting” her and causing her to fall face-first onto the sidewalk.
Truschke suffered severe injuries and remained hospitalized in Las Vegas until her death on October 14, 2024.
Her son, John Truschke, accused the hotel of failing to properly maintain the door and says her fatal injuries stemmed from the fall.
Attorney Joel Hengstler, representing the family, told KTVU their position was that the trauma to her head caused a “cascading deterioration” that led to her death.
The lawsuit sought damages of over $15,000 for medical bills, funeral costs, and emotional distress.
Court documents also accuse the hotel of reckless disregard for guest safety.
The Trump Organization did not publicly comment on the claims.
In January, the property was also at the center of a shocking suicide attack when a Tesla Cybertruck exploded outside the hotel.
Authorities said the driver, Army Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger, filled the vehicle with fireworks and fuel before setting it off.
The 37-year-old fatally shot himself moments before the truck blew up, scattering debris across the busy tourist area.
Federal investigators said Livelsberger had used AI tools in planning the stunt, which they are probing as a possible act of domestic terror.
His family later told media he had been struggling with mental health issues after serving overseas.
The Cybertruck blast caused panic on the Strip but did not injure bystanders.
Elon Musk later confirmed the explosion was not linked to any defect with Tesla’s vehicle, but rather the improvised bomb inside.
With Thursday’s death inside the 59th-floor hotel room, Trump International once again finds itself at the center of tragedy in Las Vegas.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the woman’s official cause of death once autopsy results are complete.
