Police hunt pet groomer accused of killing dog in Panabo City

Authorities are on the lookout for a pet groomer who allegedly killed the Shih Tzu dog of the city’s vice mayor inside a pet salon in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, on Wednesday, September 3.
