PUKA Nacua suffered a brutal injury in the Los Angeles Rams’ opening game.
Nacua took a massive hit on a throw over the middle of the field that forced him to come out of the game.

Nacua collided with a Houston defender and was left bleeding from his eye.
Blood could be seen gushing down his face through his facemask after he took the hit.
Nacua was immediately listed as questionable, but did return to the game.
He was evaluated for a concussion while getting his cut tended to.
When he did come back to the game, Nacua had a huge bandage above his eye.
Nacua did need to return to the medical tent before halftime, with the broadcasters guessing he needed his bandage fixed.
Fans applauded Nacua for returning to the game after his brutal injury and shared their thoughts on social media.
“Puka Nacua certified gangster,” one fan said.

Nacua struggled with injuries last season after a PCL strain.
Fans don’t want to see him miss any extra time this season.
Fortunately, he still had a great game on Sunday.
He caught 10 passes for 130 yards despite missing some time.
