YUNGBLUD has shared a sweet gesture toward late star Ozzy Osbourne during his MTV VMAs tribute performance.
The singer joined Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith and Nuno Bettencourt to commemorate the rocker’s career with a medley of his greatest hits following Ozzy’s passing in July.
Fans noticed at the start of the performance, Yungblud showed the cameras his gold cross necklace and kissed it before heading onto the stage.
They then recognized the piece as the same necklace gifted to the young artist by Ozzy himself before he died.
Viewers pointed out the connection on social media.
