AARON Rodgers showed his true feelings towards the New York Jets after defeating them at MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
Rodgers’ Pittsburgh Steelers beat his former side 34-32 on the opening weekend of the 2025 NFL season.

Rodgers threw for 244 yards and four touchdowns, as well as leading the game-winning drive.
After the game, the 41-year-old taunted the Jets fans.
As he left the field, Rodgers cupped his ears, goading the fans of his former team after they let him go in the offseason.
Head coach Aaron Glenn cut Rodgers because he didn’t believe the QB was right for the team.
And in the post-game press conference, the Steelers star was asked about what the win meant.
While he didn’t originally comment on the significance of beating his former coach, Rodgers did discuss the importance of beating the team.
He said, “I was happy to beat everybody associated with the Jets.”
Rodgers was drafted into the NFL back in 2005 as the 24th overall pick by the Green Bay Packers.
He served as Brett Favre’s backup for his first three seasons before taking over in 2008.
Just three seasons later, he led his side to victory in Super Bowl XLV, earning MVP along the way.
He continued to play for the Packers for 17 seasons.
However, in 2023, he was traded to New York along with the Packers’ first and fifth-round selections in the 2023 NFL draft.
In return, Green Bay received the Jets’ first, second and sixth round picks in 2023.
Unfortunately for Rodgers and the Jets, it was not a match made in heaven.
The QB played just four offensive snaps in his first season after suffering a major Achilles injury.
