Erin’s husband, Chad, 38, had regularly been sharing updates on his wife’s condition via Instagram.

His last post had fans relieved, as he revealed Erin, 34, was on the “road to recovery” and thanked their followers for their continued prayers.

Included in the post, shared on Saturday, was a video of Erin, cuddling their newborn son, Henry Blythe, and kissing him on the forehead from her hospital bed.

Erin was still hooked up to machines and appeared weak, but in a significantly better state than she was days earlier when Chad revealed her health had taken a turn for the worse.

ERIN’S HEALTH SCARE

Chad shared that Erin’s labor was considerably “more intense” than it was with their six older children.

As a result, the TV personality “developed a severe UTI [urinary tract infection] and kidney infection, which sent her into septic shock,” per Chad’s post on September 1 – one week after their son was born.

While he assured fans that Henry was in perfect health, he shared several photos of Erin looking lifeless after suffering “lengthy and severe seizures.”

Fans were hopeful that Erin’s condition had improved, considering Chad’s latest post, but they’re now concerned that this might not be the case, as he hasn’t provided any further updates.

They’ve also noted that the couple’s family has travelled into town, based on their social media activity, leading fans to believe Erin’s not out of the woods like they previously thought.

Over the weekend, Erin’s brother Lawson Bates shared a photo on Instagram of him getting off a plane, holding his toddler son, Will.

“Caught the red-eye to Florida. Please say a prayer for my sister Erin!” he captioned the pic.

A separate post by his wife, Tiffany, showed Will spending time with his cousins, Erin and Chad’s daughters, Brooklyn and Holly, seemingly distracting the youngsters from their mother’s health scare.

The posts circulated on a popular online thread where fans shared their fears that Erin’s prognosis had changed since Chad’s last update.

“Did something change this evening with Erin’s condition?” the original poster wondered upon spotting Lawson and Tiffany’s quick arrival.
