Olympic gold medallist Hodgkinson is aiming to back up her 800m victory in Paris and become world champion.

Meanwhile, Josh Kerr is defending his crown in the 1500m and Katarina Johnson-Thompson the same in the heptathlon.

Away from British interest, all the biggest names in athletics are set to feature from 100m sprinter Noah Lyles to pole vault record-breaker Armand Duplantis.
