SAN Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy suffered two injuries during the Niners’ opening victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
Purdy, 25, is uncertain for San Francisco’s Week Two game with the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

According to reports, Purdy suffered injuries to his left shoulder and his toe.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan has said that he is “not sure” if his QB1 will be available to travel to New Orleans.
While he added that he will have “to see how it heals and how the week goes on it.”
It’s understood that Purdy’s toe issue is the more concerning of the two knocks.
Shanahan confirmed that, if Purdy is ruled out with injury, Mac Jones will come in as his replacement.
Jones, 27, signed a two-year deal with the 49ers in March, having played backup to Trevor Lawrence at the Jacksonville Jaguars last season.
The former Alabama thrower made 10 appearances last season, posting an 8-8 TD-INT ratio.
Speaking on Jones’ capability to step in, Shanahan said: “He’s gotten really used to what we do.

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan gave Jones a vote of confidence ahead of Sunday’s game[/caption]
“He had a good week of practice last week picking up really right where he left off.
“If he has to go this week, he’ll lead the guys, the guys will believe in him, and I know he’ll do his job at a high level.”
For Kyle Shanahan, Purdy’s fitness is adding insult to another injury.
That’s because star tight end George Kittle has been ruled out for three to five weeks after being forced off in Sunday’s victory over Seattle.
Kittle, 31, exited the game in the first half with a hamstring injury that saw him undergo an MRI scan on Monday.
His injury gives Shanahan a decision to make as he weighs up whether to place Kittle on injured reserve or not.
Doing so would mean he has to miss four weeks of action, which could mean he sits out longer than needed if he is able to return before that.
Shanahan said earlier this week: “When they tell me a few weeks, it’s always a possibility [to place a player on injured reserve].
“I mean, in order to do that, it’s got to be a four-week injury, so I don’t think we’ve decided on that yet.”
