Roman Romulo says to file case vs Discayas, release SALN, and waive bank secrecy

Pasig Rep. Roman Romulo on Wednesday said he would file a case against high-profile government contractors Sarah and Curlee Discaya, who tagged him among politicians who allegedly received kickbacks in flood control projects.
