Sotto: Only lawyers, family can visit ex-DPWH engineer Hernandez at Pasay jail

Brice Hernandez, the former Bulacan assistant district engineer who tagged two senators in an alleged kickback scheme, can only get visits from his lawyers and family at the Pasay City Jail, Senate President Vicente Sotto III said Thursday.
