THE DALLAS COWBOYS have received devastating news with a $92million star facing weeks out with a worrying injury.

And he has become one of the game’s top cornerbacks in the process.
However, the 26-year-old has suffered a foot injury.
The setback occurred during Cowboys practice on Monday.
And he now faces several weeks on the sideline.
Reports add he was seen wearing a walking boot at the Cowboys’ facility on Wednesday, leading to fears over the extent of the problem.
Bland’s injury woe comes after he penned a new four-year extension.
The mega-money deal is worth a stunning $92m.
$50m of that is guaranteed for Bland.
While the rest is comprised of an average annual salary of $23m.
It means Bland is now the sixth highest-paid cornerback in the NFL.
He could now miss September’s games against the Giants, the Bears and the Packers, having featured in last week’s 24-20 defeat to the Eagles.
It’s not the first time Bland has suffered fitness issues early in a season, missing the first 10 matches of the 2024 campaign through injury.
The Cowboys are now left short on defense and will be eager to find a solution.
They traded star man Micah Parsons to the Packers last month.
And Bland’s injury will have been the last thing they wanted after an opening day defeat.
