Alyssa, 36, first became engaged to Justin Griffin in 2020, before tying the knot a year later.
Fans have speculated that the personality may be pregnant, and her latest snap has only fueled rumours.
She took to Instagram with a behind the scenes snap of her luxurious dressing room.
The host was sitting by her picture-filled desk which also had a mug, coffee cups, a reusable water battle and an assortment of stationary.
In the snap, she wore a loose-fitting slowing dress as she held a book over her stomach.
She captioned the snap: “I never miss anything written by my dear friend @cnn Legal Analyst @eliehonig.
“His new book “When You Come At the King” is a MUST read. Do yourself a favor and check it out!”
Previously, her fans and followers wondered whether she was expecting her first child.
She wore the flowing dress as she joined Whoopi on the panel alongside, Joy Behar, Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin.
This came after the TV presenter wore a loose-fitting blue-print dress on The View’s September 8 premiere.
The former White House Director of Strategic Communications also shared numerous photos on Instagram over the summer.
These also included snaps of her dogs, which were strategically placed in front of her, blocking her stomach.
Another photo in particular, captured Alyssa sipping a non-alcoholic beverage at a boozy backyard bash.

One fan wrote on Facebook, “Ooooh, is Alyssa pregnant or is it the dress?”
A second commented, “She did say they were trying during season 28.”
