On 14 September, the Nation celebrated Hindi Diwas, a day dedicated to honouring the significance of the Hindi language. Leaders from various sectors across the country came together to extend warm greetings and share messages of appreciation for Hindi, which was adopted as one of India’s official languages. This day holds profound historical significance, marking the anniversary of 1949, when the Constituent Assembly reached a vital consensus regarding the language framework during the crucial process of drafting the Constitution. Hindi Diwas serves not only as a reminder of the cultural richness of India but also underscores the importance of linguistic diversity in uniting the country. On this occasion, Vandana Pathak, the senior actress who portrays the role of Gayatri Devi in Zee TV’s Tumm Se Tumm Tak, shares her gratitude and respect towards the language of Hindi.
