JOE Burrow is set to be out for three months after suffering a Grade 3 turf toe injury.
The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback requires surgery having gone down during the second quarter of yesterday’s 31-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Following the game, Burrow quickly underwent an MRI scan.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the 28-year-old is now set to be on the sidelines for three months.
A mid-December return would see Burrow come back for the Bengals’ last three regular season games.
But whether Zac Taylor‘s team can cope without their star QB remains to be seen.
Jake Browning is likely to step up while Burrow is on the sidelines.
The 29-year-old entered the action on Sunday following Burrow’s injury.
Browning acquitted himself well, throwing for 241 yards and two touchdowns.
Cincinnati’s win over Jacksonville followed their narrow 17-16 triumph over the Cleveland Browns during week one.
This is the first time that the Bengals have begun a season 2-0 in seven years.
But Burrow’s injury has understandably cast a shadow over his team’s positive start.
Speaking post-game about his victorious final drive, Browning said, “Be delusional.
“I had thrown three picks, and somehow we had a chance to win the game.
“I can’t be afraid of the fourth in that situation.
“The defense did a good job forcing a turnover on downs, so I had to be delusional and aggressive, because the moment called for it.”
On Browning, Ja’Marr Chase said, “We’ve been here before with Jake.

“We’ve all got to push him to better, push us to be better and just execute.”
This is not the first time that Browning has had to step in for Burrow.
