Trinity posted one video with her face out of the frame, as she warned fans that she didn’t look like herself.
She explained that part of the reason she decided to undergo surgery was to remove silicone filler she’d received years earlier.
The reality star then encouraged fans not to make the same “mistake” that she made and get unnecessary procedures.
Trinity also raised alarm about the high costs of corrective procedures down the line, and the “dangers” of plastic surgery when not done by a credible surgeon.
“I’m documenting this to hopefully sway anyone, but especially young trans women from going the direction of cheaper, easier silicone filler rather than going to a certified Dr.,” the TV personality wrote in her caption.
In a separate post, Trinity revealed her swollen, bandaged, and bruised face shortly after the surgery.
“I know it looks like it hurts, but right now I’m actually pretty comfortable and not too bad, just a lot of swelling,” Trinity, wearing a bright green hoodie, said in the video.
She then shared that it was the first day she had felt more comfortable walking around after being confined to her hotel room since the procedure.
It appears that Trinity underwent a silicone removal, facelift, a nose job, a lip flip, and a blepharoplasty, which involves removing excess skin from the eyelids to enhance their appearance, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Fans applauded Trinity for sharing her journey and being open about the drawbacks of getting cosmetic surgery.
“Educate these children. Also, you’re rockstar, miss you already!” one person commented.
“Heal well honey. Thanks for sharing your journey with us,” said another.
“Happy healing! I think it’s amazing you’re sharing this,” remarked a third.
In January 2019, Trinity discussed how her silicone fillers had shifted during an episode of E!’s Botched.

“I started noticing a shift in my lips two years after I got them done,” the Alabama native explained in a confessional interview.
“That’s when I started to notice the unevenness, the lumping, and I was like, ‘Oh god! What did I do?’”
After speaking with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif, they came up with a plan to fix Trinity’s formerly botched procedure, but it would mean taking considerable time off to recover, which the drag queen was not willing to do.
“Girl! I may not be getting my lips done today, but you better believe I’ll be back,” she later shared.
Trinity is an American drag queen best known for competing in the ninth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and winning the fourth season of the spin-off, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.
