A DISGRACED nurse has been branded an “incestuous paedophile” after being sentenced to prison for having sex with her 15-year-old stepson.
Alexis Von Yates, 35, was ordered to serve two years in state prison, followed by two years of community control and a decade of sex offender probation.

She must also complete 200 hours of community service and pay fines and court fees, according to court records.
The former healthcare worker appeared stone-faced as Florida Judge Timothy McCourt handed down the punishment.
Wearing full makeup and a black turtleneck, she listened as the court accepted a plea deal that “significantly reduced” her sentence, according to the New York Post.
Von Yates had originally been charged with sexual battery by a person in familial authority, a first-degree felony punishable by life in prison and a $10,000 fine.
But in August she pleaded to the lesser charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16.
McCourt agreed to the plea after talking with the now-16-year-old victim and his mother, who both “one-hundred percent” supported the deal to avoid the boy having to testify.
Prosecutors were worried that the boy’s mental health treatment could be harmed if he had to take the stand.
At sentencing, the victim’s furious mother told the court her son had been “let down and harmed by those who should’ve protected him.”
She blasted Von Yates as a “coward” who showed “no remorse” for her “despicable actions,” calling her an “incestuous pedophile” who had groomed and violated her son.
The mother also revealed the boy hasn’t spoken to his father since the night of the assault.
The married former nurse was caught on July 26, 2024, when her husband, Frank, reportedly came home from a night shift to find her allegedly having sex with his teenage son as they watched a horror film in their living room.
The teen allegedly bolted into the bathroom with his pants around his ankles.
Meanwhile Von Yates — naked except for a blanket — tried to cover herself.
Frank reportedly shouted, “What the f*** is going on?” and threw things as he realized what was happening.

That night, she allegedly shared a THC vape with him before they played video games and then put on the movie, TooFab reported.
Von Yates allegedly told the teen during the act: “Ah man, I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough.”
According to arrest documents, the teen told investigators that in the weeks before the encounter, Von Yates had been making sexual jokes.
She allegedly called him her “little boy toy” after a gym trip, referencing “stepmom pornography,” and repeatedly saying how “horny” she was.
And in a phone call the next morning, she allegedly told the teen she wished his father hadn’t interrupted them.
Von Yates was arrested in November and later stripped of her nursing license.
At this week’s sentencing, Judge McCourt ordered her to have no contact with the victim before deputies handcuffed her and led her out of the courtroom.
