Terry Bradshaw tells Fox NFL Sunday guest ‘don’t hit me hard’ as he rolls back years to play quarterback on set

NFL legend Terry Bradshaw has shown he still has the chops for gridiron – despite approaching his 80th birthday.

The Pittsburgh Steelers icon rolled back the years during a recent broadcast of Fox NFL Sunday.

Bradshaw, 77, employed the help of a young Kansas City fan ahead of the Chiefs showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Host Curt Menefee picked out the youngster to join the four-time Super Bowl winner on Fox’s miniature field.

Bradshaw demonstrated how Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers has perfected moving in the pocket despite his Achilles struggles over the past two years.

And the veteran was able to call on the expertise of NFL icon’s Rob Gronkowski and Michael Strahan to help him out.

Bradshaw moved the young Chiefs fan into position as a blocker – but not before the cheeky kid stole a selfie with Gronk.

Prior to the snap, Bradshaw had a warning for the young Chiefs fan looking to apply pressure.

“Don’t hit me hard!” Bradshaw quipped to laughs from the crowd.

The Blond Bomber showed he’s still got it by demonstrating a textbook play.

He moved away to the outside before picking out Gronk with a pinpoint pass.

Gronkowski celebrated the touchdown with a trademark spike into the turf.

And the lucky supporter was rewarded with high fives from the iconic Fox crew.

Unfortunately for the youngster, the chance to play football with both Bradshaw and Gronk proved to be the highlight of his weekend.

The Chiefs dropped to 0-2 on the season after a disappointing loss to the Eagles in a repeat of Super Bowl LIX.

Kansas City kept Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts quiet through the air.

But Philly leaned on their strong ground game to churn out a 20-17 win at Arrowhead Stadium.

Bradshaw featured on the Fox half-time report but had fans worried as he struggled with his earpiece.

The 77-year-old legend has been outspoken about his future retirement from the iconic show.

He hinted earlier this month he had just two years left with the network.

That would take Bradshaw to the end of his current contract with Fox, which runs until 2027.
