Tell us about your fruitful journey with Dangal’s Mann Atisundar.

As this is my very first show, it will always hold a very special place in my heart. Working with Dangal TV has been a blessing, and the entire journey has been so much easier and more beautiful because of the love, support, and encouragement I have received here. I truly feel blessed to be a part of Mann Atisundar and the Dangal family.

Mann Atisundar being my debut show, has completely changed my life. It gave me a platform to explore myself as an actor and experience what it feels like to connect with such a large audience.

Do you miss playing Radhika now?

Yes, of course. Radhika is very close to my heart. She was my first character, and through her, I experienced so much growth as an actor and as a person. I definitely miss playing her.

What have your takeaways been from the role of Radhika?

Radhika taught me so many valuable lessons. The most important one is to never give up, no matter how difficult life gets. She made me believe that if you have faith in God and keep moving forward with hope, everything eventually falls into place.

How does it feel to carry the responsibility of the new generation of the show as Radhya?

It feels truly overwhelming and also a blessing. Getting the opportunity to play Radhya, Radhika’s daughter, is an honour for me. At times, it is challenging, but I give my best every day because I know how special this character is. I feel extremely grateful to have been trusted with this responsibility.

How would you describe Radhika and Radhya differently?

Radhya is Radhika’s daughter, so naturally, there are many similarities between them. However, Radhya’s journey is far more difficult. She has grown up without her parents and carries the trauma of their loss. She even suffers from panic attacks whenever she sees fire, which makes her journey deeply emotional and layered. Where Radhika’s story was about self-belief, Radhya’s story is about overcoming her fears and finding strength in her pain.

Was it a tough task for you to get into the skin of the new character after playing Radhika for so long?

Initially, I was a little scared because shifting from Radhika to Radhya was not easy. But I have to thank my director, Sachin Sir, and the entire creative team for guiding me so well. Their support made the process much smoother. And since Radhya is Radhika’s daughter, it didn’t feel completely unfamiliar—it felt like a continuation of a legacy.

What do you expect from this new phase now?

This journey has already been full of learning and adventure. With this new phase, I hope to grow even more as an actor and to receive the same love and appreciation from the audience that I have been blessed with so far.

How has this show and opportunity changed your life?

This being my debut show, it has completely changed my life. It gave me a platform to explore myself as an actor and experience what it feels like to connect with such a large audience. The love I have received has been overwhelming—it made me recognised and loved, and for that, I will always remain grateful.

What message would you like to give the viewers?

Mann Atisundar highlights the issue of fat shaming, and through this, I want to tell every girl out there that there is absolutely no shame in being who you are. Being fat is not a flaw. Be confident, love yourself, and never stop believing in your dreams—you can achieve anything you set your heart on. And lastly, thank you so much for all the love and support. Please continue watching Mann Atisundar and showering your blessings on us.
