The former ring girl has taken in locations such as Barcelona and Ibiza in Spain.
She’s also been in St Tropez in France to soak up the sunshine.
Palmer posted a picture in her bikini on social media, where she has 1.1 million fans.
And her followers were quick to show their admiration in the comments section.
“Extremely gorgeous so hot and sexy,” one wrote.
“Angelic,” another simply said.
While a third posted, “Perfection.”
And a fourth commented, “Amazing.”
Palmer worked as an octagon girl for the UFC before retiring in 2023.
She was a five-time winner of Ring Girl of the Year.
And the 38-year-old still posts plenty of snaps from her excursions.
Palmer went on to become an artist after retiring from the UFC.
Her paintings have been bought by big names like Connor McGregor and Lady Gaga.

Two years ago, she attended an awards show and suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.
Brittney won a ring girl accolade and collected her award in a skin-tight dress.
But she later revealed how the garment split apart at the back.
As a result, her bum was completely on show, as the video shows, with her modesty protected by a pair of matching pants.
She wrote, “Let’s talk about the ‘blue dress’.
“I was super nervous at the awards last year and didn’t use the restroom until we were at dinner.
“When I finally went, my dress split all the way up the back.
“Thank goodness it didn’t happen before my speech. Definitely a night to remember.”
