DILG chief denies police gunshots, says ‘anarchists’ to face raps

Rioters at the largely peaceful anti-corruption rallies in Manila will face charges, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said Monday, calling them “anarchists” who follow the pattern of recent protests in Nepal and Indonesia.
